Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Facility or industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of catering services and terminology
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Some travel may be required
- Able to stand for long periods
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Must follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- TABC certification preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and the facility accurately and in a friendly manner
- Perform side work during non-busy hours
- Speak to all guests with enthusiasm at all times
- Develop relationships with guests
- Provide the highest level of service in accordance with company standards
- Identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes and other pertinent information
- Continuously increase knowledge of food, beverages and other products and services
- Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Be responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
- Report for work in the proper uniform according to the scheduled time
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager and/or Banquet Captain
