Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Friendly, upbeat attitude

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Proven experience serving food and beverages in banquet functions
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service
- Willingness to learn and perform new banquet event programs and services
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Participate in event setup and breakdown for both special events and daily operations
- Contribute to and maintain overall cleanliness and presentation
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist in seating as needed
- Serve food and beverages within banquet event settings
- Ensure each guest receives quality and exceptional service
- Assist with maintaining event flow and guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and operational procedures during events
