Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- fluent or proficient in the English language
- at least one year previous banquet or restaurant service experience
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- fluent or proficient in the English language
- at least one year previous banquet or restaurant service experience
- previous customer service experience preferred
- extensive experience in food and beverage industry, specifically banquet service desired
Job Duties
- Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- communicate effectively with event organizers, team members, and guests
- perform all guest contact activities such as serving food and beverage, responding to guests' inquiries in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- ensure food and beverage is served while maintaining a consistent presentation and proper temperatures
- have knowledge of events, menu items, table settings, service ware and the correct preparation and garnishing methods
- follow directions from Banquet Event Order (BEO) with strong attention to detail
