The role of Banquet Server at Sodexo within The National WWII Museum is a part-time position offering an hourly pay range of $15 to $18, suitable for candidates with open availability. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest service during a wide array of catered events such as meetings, receptions, luncheons, dinners, and special functions. Banquet Servers contribute to the success of events by providing attentive, professional, and timely food and beverage service, supporting a diversity of service styles including casual buffets, formal plated meals, and passed service.

As a Banquet Server, you will work closely under the guidance of the Banquet Captain and Banquet Supervisor, playing an active role not just during the events but also in the crucial phases of event setup and breakdown. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the organization and cleanliness of your assigned areas, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, and upholding the presentation standards that define Sodexo's and the museum's reputations. Physical stamina is important in this role as it requires frequently lifting and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
