Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- maintain valid alcohol-service certification
- comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
- valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- food handler certification may be required based on local regulations
- ability to work any shift with open availability
Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services during catered events
- support various service styles including buffets, plated meals, and passed service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas
- clear tables and reset place settings
- assist with maintaining presentation standards
- participate in event setup, service execution, and breakdown
- lift and move items up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
