Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Able to lift 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to reach, kneel, and stoop repeatedly
- Good vision and hearing to navigate dynamic event environments
- No prior experience required, open to all experience levels
- Must be legally eligible to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests, help them find seats
- Take orders, serve food, convey instructions to the kitchen and bar
- Circulate the room with trays
- Bring correct drinks and dishes to guests
- Refill guests' beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service throughout the event
