The Banquet Sales Manager role at Lancer Hospitality located in Phoenix, Arizona, is a full-time, onsite position central to the company's Dining and Events segment. This position is responsible for spearheading the sales and marketing efforts related to all catering services, targeting both internal and external groups. The Banquet Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving growth, innovation, and excellence in customer service by implementing and developing sales and catering systems aligned with these objectives. A critical aspect of the role is staffing and team development; the Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the catering staff, actively contributing to the creation and ongoing improvement of training manuals and catering policies.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to $50,000 plus commission, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, voluntary UNUM insurance products, discount programs, commuter benefits, employee assistance program (EAP), 401(k) retirement plans, sick leave, and paid holidays. The Banquet Sales Manager position is ideal for candidates with a passion for event sales and catering, who possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and are committed to delivering top-tier service in a vibrant and supportive company culture.
