Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in banquet or catering food preparation preferred
- understanding of kitchen safety protocols
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- good communication skills

Job Duties

- manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
