Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a culinary kitchen environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • flexibility to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
  • strong work ethic and professionalism

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and mise en place for banquet events
  • follow recipes and plating instructions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
  • assist with receiving and storing food supplies
  • collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely food service
  • adhere to food safety regulations
  • support catering staff during event setups
