Job Duties

  • Set up and breakdown of rooms for both meetings and food functions
  • Catering and other equipment set up, break down, maintenance as needed
  • Ensure all banquet rooms and storage areas are always kept in a proper condition according to company standards
  • Able to read a Banquet event order floor plan, diagram
  • Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest, including transporting heavy materials up to 75 pounds such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors
  • Break down and service all meeting rooms and areas where meetings have concluded
  • Return items to the storage area so the room will be available to reset for the next function
