Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- convention set up experience preferred
- previous experience working in a similar resort setting
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
- must be able to comprehend all information and documentation

Job Duties
- Responsible for all meeting room setup and configuration such as classroom, u-shape, and hollow square
- must be able to read a banquet event order (BEO) and follow instructions listed and room diagrams
- ability to push carts that hold anywhere from 5 to 10 tables at one time as well as move banquet chairs with a dolly
- ensure cleanliness of event space before and after function
- coordinate with other departments as necessary to maintain cleanliness in all event spaces
- set out linens on the table for events as well as tracking dirty linen bins that need to go out for cleaning
- maintain the banquet storage room ensuring banquet supplies are readily available and organized
- performs other duties as assigned
