Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with help
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • able to follow safety and security policies and procedures
  • maintain clean and professional personal appearance
  • maintain confidentiality
  • willingness to assist with other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Duties

  • Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location
  • complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • transport dirty linen to correct cleaning area, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves
  • maintain cleanliness throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service
