You will ensure that service aligns with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and service standards, often adapting to event size, style, and specific client requirements. Your role will involve enforcing strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, HACCP standards, and alcohol service policies. Also, you may assist with training and onboarding banquet staff, helping to maintain a high-performing team.

Physical demands include regularly lifting and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, underscoring the active and hands-on nature of the role.
