The part-time, non-management Food and Beverage position available offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.83 to $32.29. This role is fundamental in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of food and beverage service areas, ensuring guests receive high-quality experiences during their stay. The job requires meticulous attention to hygiene, adherence to safety policies, and a hands-on approach to logistical tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, cleaning service stations, and managing linens. The employee will also be responsible for supporting other departments when necessary to optimize guest service. Physical demands of the role include lifting and moving items up to certain weight limits, prolonged standing or walking during shifts, and performing tasks that involve coordination and manual dexterity. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No licenses or certifications required
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to assist in moving objects over 75 pounds
  • Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to read and visually verify information
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and lean
  • Ability to navigate uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces and staircases
  • Ability to greet and recognize guests according to company standards

Job Duties

  • Complete final function breakdown including cleaning the room and equipment storage
  • Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, locking doors, and sorting merchandise
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Oversee and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned positions and service areas
  • Transport soiled linens to designated areas for laundering and restock shelves with clean linens
  • Maintain work area cleanliness throughout the day using consistent cleaning procedures
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service
