As a Banquet Porter, you provide crucial on-floor leadership during banquet and catered events by coordinating service execution and guiding banquet servers and fellow porters. You serve as the primary service lead on assigned events, responsible for ensuring all service aspects comply with Banquet Event Orders, schedules, and company standards.
