The Banquet Porter position at Sodexo, located at Hard Rock Stadium, offers a part-time opportunity that pays between $13.14 and $17.74 per hour, depending on experience. This role is vital to ensuring seamless banquet and catered event executions by providing direct, on-floor leadership. Additionally, this role supports training and onboarding of banquet service staff, helping maintain a professional and knowledgeable team.

The Banquet Porter position demands physical strength as it involves lifting and moving items often weighing up to 50 pounds, requiring stamina and attention to safety. Beyond physical duties, this leadership role requires punctuality, dependability, and the ability to adapt to varying business and client needs. The Banquet Porter serves not only as a service lead but also as a key team player who contributes to the overall success and professionalism of events hosted at one of the premier venues, Hard Rock Stadium.

Certain locations may also offer additional site-specific perks such as free or subsidized meals, uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support, and parking.
