The position demands a strong focus on communication, attention to detail, and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each event. Candidates will find opportunities to participate actively in all aspects of event setup, service, and breakdown, gaining valuable experience in banquet management and event operations.
Beyond the operational focus, Sodexo provides a supportive work environment aimed at helping employees balance their professional and personal lives. The company offers a wide range of benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, and employee discount programs. In addition, some locations provide site-specific benefits such as meal allowances, uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support, and parking.
