Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending and stooping
- adherence to company safety and security policies
- maintain professional appearance
- complete safety training and certifications
Job Qualifications

- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- strong interpersonal skills
- capable of physical tasks required by the role
- familiarity with banquet events or hospitality service preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional banquet guest service
- execute events according to banquet event orders
- coordinate with clients and banquet staff for smooth event delivery
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup needs
- respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- follow company safety and security policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- thank guests with genuine appreciation
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to reach common goals
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving through various environments
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
