Four Seasons is a globally renowned leader in luxury hospitality, known not only for its exceptional guest service but also for its commitment to nurturing employees through a culture centered on continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence. With a strong emphasis on professional growth and teamwork, Four Seasons creates an environment where each team member is supported, empowered, and encouraged to evolve both professionally and personally. This dedication to employee development is central to the company's success, as it believes its people bring passion, individuality, and authenticity to their work, consistently delivering a service standard that defines the luxury hospitality industry.
As a prestigious resort, Four Seasons offers guests a seamless blend of elevated comfort and refined adventure. The property is recognized for combining natural beauty with premium amenities and unforgettable experiences. Visitors enjoy a variety of activities that range from outdoor adventures to relaxing spa treatments, all underpinned by a team that is remarkably skilled, passionate, and devoted to providing thoughtful, genuine service.
The Banquet Mixologist role at Four Seasons is crafted for an energetic, guest-focused professional who thrives in dynamic event settings. This position requires delivering elevated beverage experiences during private functions, celebrations, and resort-wide events. Whether serving at intimate gatherings or large-scale galas, the Banquet Mixologist plays a critical role in representing the Four Seasons brand by providing refined, seamless bar service that aligns with the company’s rigorous standards. The role involves greeting guests warmly and professionally, preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining an extensive knowledge of the beverage menu including ingredients, preparation techniques, and ideal pairings.
Additionally, the Banquet Mixologist is responsible for setting up and breaking down beverage stations for events, ensuring all tools, mixers, and garnishes are fully stocked and organized. Collaboration with banquet captains, event managers, and other service staff is vital to ensure smooth event execution. The role demands swift, diplomatic responses to guest concerns or specific requests, always aiming to exceed expectations. Maintaining hygiene standards, adhering to safety and responsible service guidelines, and supporting other food and beverage outlets such as the pool bar are also key duties. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended hours and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive hourly wage based on experience, additional gratuities and service charges for banquet events, and the opportunity for expanded overtime during peak seasons. The benefits package offered by Four Seasons is comprehensive, featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees and their dependents, discounted housing, a staff travel program with reduced rates at Four Seasons properties worldwide, five weeks of paid time off, resort-wide retail, dining, and spa service discounts, complimentary meals, free uniform dry cleaning, and discounted transferable ski passes. This role represents a unique opportunity to join a luxury hospitality brand that is dedicated to excellence in both guest experience and employee satisfaction.
