The company prides itself on fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and a genuine passion for service, which enables their workforce to thrive both professionally and personally. Employees are empowered to bring their individuality and authenticity to their roles while upholding the company’s dedication to flawless service and customer satisfaction.
This particular Four Seasons resort masterfully merges elevated comfort with refined adventure, offering guests an unparalleled experience enriched by world-class amenities. The resort team is carefully selected for their skill, enthusiasm, and commitment to genuine service that surpasses expectations. Working at this resort means being part of a dynamic team that supports one another and strives for excellence in every encounter with guests.
The Banquet Mixologist role at Four Seasons represents a unique opportunity for a driven, guest-centric professional who excels in lively event atmospheres. This position focuses on delivering elevated beverage services during a wide variety of private functions, including intimate celebrations, large galas, and exclusive resort events. The Banquet Mixologist is responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails and other beverages that align with the Four Seasons brand and ensure guests enjoy memorable and seamless experiences. With an emphasis on meticulous preparation, accurate service, and deep beverage knowledge, this role is essential in maintaining the high standards of the resort’s banquets and events.
As a Banquet Mixologist, the successful candidate will greet guests with warmth and professionalism, prepare and serve a comprehensive selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision, and maintain an organized and well-stocked beverage station throughout events. Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with banquet captains, event managers, and service teams to assure smooth execution and guest satisfaction at every function. The Mixologist must uphold all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and fellow team members alike.
Candidates with prior bartending experience in luxury resorts, hotels, or upscale event venues will find this role particularly well-suited to their skills. Strong interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of mixology trends, and proficiency with POS systems like MICROS are critical to success on this team. Flexibility in scheduling and a positive, self-motivated attitude are also essential, as the job demands standing for extended periods and collaborating effectively in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Four Seasons offers a competitive compensation package, including hourly wages commensurate with experience, gratuities from banquet events, and additional overtime opportunities during busy seasons. The company supports its team members with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for discounted housing, staff travel, and retail discounts, making this role both professionally rewarding and personally enriching.
