With operations spanning world-class hotels and resorts, Four Seasons is recognized for elevating the guest experience through thoughtful attention and genuine care.

At Four Seasons, teamwork and professional growth are prioritized, providing an environment where employees feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to evolve both professionally and personally. This approach ensures that every team member contributes uniquely, fostering a workplace culture filled with respect and dedication. Employees enjoy not only exceptional resources but also opportunities for career advancement within an internationally respected brand.

The Four Seasons resort represents a seamless blend of elevated comfort, natural beauty, and refined adventure. With premium amenities and elegantly designed spaces, it serves guests seeking both relaxation and exciting experiences. The resort’s commitment to excellence is reflected in every interaction, delivering memorable moments anchored by an exceptional team dedicated to thoughtful and genuine service.

The Banquet Mixologist role at Four Seasons is designed for an energetic, guest-focused individual who thrives in vibrant, dynamic environments. This position plays a critical role in creating elevated beverage experiences during private functions, celebrations, and resort events, ranging from intimate gatherings to grand galas. As a Banquet Mixologist, the successful candidate will exemplify refined, seamless bar service that aligns perfectly with the Four Seasons standard of excellence.

Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and ideal pairings, is key to ensuring guest satisfaction.

Equipped with the skills to set up and break down beverage stations, the mixologist prepares all necessary tools, mixers, and garnishes to maintain smooth operation throughout the event. Collaboration with banquet captains, event managers, and service staff ensures the flawless execution of events. Exceptional communication skills are vital to address guest concerns or special requests with diplomacy, aiming to exceed expectations consistently.

Adherence to hygiene standards, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines is mandatory. The role also offers opportunities to support additional food and beverage outlets, including pool bar service, requiring adaptability and teamwork. Throughout each shift, it is essential to maintain a clean and organized bar environment, reflecting the Four Seasons commitment to quality and professionalism.

This position requires previous bartending experience, preferably in luxury or upscale settings, and a passion for delivering high-end guest experiences. Flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet event demands. Candidates must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina for standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights is also necessary.

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage based on experience, additional gratuities and service charges during banquet events, and expanded overtime opportunities during peak seasons. Benefits include discounted housing, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees and dependents, five weeks of paid time off, resort-wide retail, spa, and dining discounts, complimentary cafeteria meals, free uniform dry cleaning, and discounted transferable ski passes. Additionally, the Staff Travel Program offers reduced rates at Four Seasons properties worldwide, making this an attractive position for those passionate about hospitality and personal growth.
