Job Description

Four Seasons is a globally recognized leader in luxury hospitality, celebrated for its unwavering commitment to excellence and its people-centered culture. The company maintains a strong reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences through a dedicated team that embodies passion, individuality, and authenticity. Four Seasons fosters an environment that encourages continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration among its employees, ensuring that every team member is empowered and supported to reach their fullest potential.

This prestigious resort stands out as an exquisite destination where elevated comfort meets refined adventure, providing guests with unforgettable experiences backed by world-class amenities and impeccable service. The Four Seasons brand is synonymous with quality, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel cared for and valued in every interaction.

The Banquet Mixologist role is designed for an energetic and guest-oriented professional passionate about creating memorable beverage experiences in dynamic event environments. This position focuses on curating sophisticated drinks for private functions, celebrations, and large-scale resort events. Whether attending intimate gatherings or grand galas, the Banquet Mixologist upholds the Four Seasons standard by providing seamless, refined bar service that enhances the guest experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering premium beverage service tailored to banquet events while strictly adhering to company standards and alcohol service regulations. Greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness is crucial to fostering an inviting atmosphere. You will expertly prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating deep knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, and suggested pairings.

Operational responsibilities include setting up and breaking down beverage stations, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary tools, mixers, and garnishes. Collaboration with banquet captains, event managers, and other service staff is essential to ensure smooth execution of events. You will address guest inquiries or special requests diplomatically, striving to exceed expectations.

Maintaining a clean and organized bar environment, abiding by hygiene standards, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines are critical aspects of the job. Flexibility to support other food and beverage outlets, such as assisting with pool bar service, is also expected. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle lifting tasks.

Four Seasons offers a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience, along with additional gratuities and service charges during banquet events. The position also provides expanded overtime opportunities during peak seasons, supporting financial growth for team members. Beyond compensation, Four Seasons extends a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees and their dependents, discounted housing options, and a staff travel program featuring reduced rates at Four Seasons properties worldwide.

Team members enjoy generous paid time off, resort-wide discounts on retail, spa services, and dining, complimentary meals in the employee cafeteria, free uniform dry cleaning, and discounted transferable ski passes. This comprehensive support illustrates Four Seasons' dedication to employee well-being and satisfaction, reinforcing its status as an employer of choice in luxury hospitality.
