Established as a hallmark of excellence in the hotel and resort industry, Four Seasons combines sophisticated service with innovative hospitality practices, ensuring guests experience elevated comfort and genuine care at every touchpoint. Employees at Four Seasons are valued not just for their skills but for their individuality, passion, and authenticity, all of which contribute to a warm, inviting, and meticulous service environment. The company places significant emphasis on nurturing its team members, offering abundant opportunities for career advancement, personal development, and engagement in a supportive workplace.

The resort itself perfectly blends natural beauty with refined adventure, offering visitors a memorable mix of relaxation, excitement, and premium amenities. Guests can expect world-class facilities and a thoughtful team dedicated to creating extraordinary, seamless experiences that define luxury hospitality at its best.

The Banquet Mixologist role at Four Seasons represents a vibrant and essential position within this luxurious setting. This role is designed for energetic, guest-oriented professionals who excel in fast-paced event environments such as private functions, celebrations, and large-scale galas. A Banquet Mixologist is responsible for crafting and delivering elevated beverage experiences that align with the Four Seasons brand of sophistication and excellence. This position demands an individual who upholds the highest standards of beverage service, demonstrating both technical expertise and a personable approach.

Serving as the face of the bar during banquet events, the mixologist greets each guest with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every interaction enhances the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and efficiency. A deep knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation techniques, and the ability to recommend pairings is crucial to success in this role. The mixologist must also manage the setup and breakdown of beverage stations, keeping supplies fully stocked and organized to maintain smooth service flow.

Teamwork is a critical element, as Banquet Mixologists collaborate closely with banquet captains, event managers, and service staff to guarantee flawless event execution. They act swiftly and diplomatically to resolve any guest concerns or specific requests, continually aiming to exceed expectations with each service. Adherence to hygiene standards, safety protocols, and legal alcohol service guidelines ensures a safe environment for both guests and staff.

This role can extend beyond banquet events; support may be required in other food and beverage outlets such as pool bar services, showcasing the mixologist’s versatility. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area throughout each shift is also expected.

Four Seasons offers a competitive hourly wage complemented by additional gratuities and service charges during banquet events, with expanded overtime opportunities available during peak seasons. The company provides an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees and their dependents, five weeks of paid time off, discounted housing, and exclusive staff travel programs at Four Seasons properties worldwide. Employees also enjoy resort-wide discounts, complimentary meals, free uniform dry cleaning, and discounted ski passes, contributing to a rewarding and balanced work experience.
