The Banquet Manager plays a vital role in directing and motivating the banquet team to deliver superior service that meets and exceeds client and organizational standards.
As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial and administrative duties, including asset protection and inventory management, to ensure the smooth execution of all banquet events held at the hotel. You will lead the banquet team through clear communication, goal-setting, training initiatives, and enforcement of policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

- at least 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- ability to manage banquet operations effectively
