- 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related area
- strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Direct and motivate event management team
- monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities
- communicate clearly with all event stakeholders
- identify training opportunities and plan strategies
- manage banquet operations including supply projections, inventory, and cost control
- schedule banquet service staff to meet service standards and maximize profits
- lead banquet teams by setting goals, delegating tasks, and conducting meetings
- maintain compliance with laws and company standards
- enhance customer service by setting examples, handling guest feedback and complaints
- empower employees to provide excellent service
- oversee human resources activities including safety training, performance feedback, and corrective actions
