Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of banquet food service experience
- Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role
- Food and alcohol certifications or willingness to complete within 90 days
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, walk, and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- At least 1 year of banquet food service experience
- Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role
- Leadership potential or experience
- Food and alcohol certifications or willingness to complete
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
Job Duties
- Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching, training, and keeping energy high
- Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and commitment to excellence
- Partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event
- Balance budgets managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities
- Ensure a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment
- Implement and maintain food and alcohol safety standards
- Develop and motivate team members to enhance service quality
