Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of banquet food service experience
  • Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role
  • Food and alcohol certifications or willingness to complete within 90 days
  • Physical stamina to lift, bend, walk, and stand for entire shifts
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of banquet food service experience
  • Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role
  • Leadership potential or experience
  • Food and alcohol certifications or willingness to complete
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team

Job Duties

  • Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching, training, and keeping energy high
  • Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and commitment to excellence
  • Partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event
  • Balance budgets managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment
  • Implement and maintain food and alcohol safety standards
  • Develop and motivate team members to enhance service quality
