Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to become a valuable member of our hospitality team. This hourly role is essential to the successful execution of private events, banquets, and special functions hosted at our venue. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple event details simultaneously. The Banquet Manager will oversee event operations from setup through breakdown, coordinating closely with kitchen staff, service teams, and management to ensure seamless event flow and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities for this role include supervising banquet staff, assigning duties, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring event rooms are arranged according to banquet event orders and client specifications. The Banquet Manager will serve as a key point of communication among clients, vendors, and internal departments, upholding quality in food and beverage presentation and timing. They will also handle labor and staffing considerations based on event requirements while addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. This leader must ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies throughout all events.

This position requires open availability, including frequent nights, weekends, and holidays, as events often take place outside of regular business hours. Candidates must have a strong service focus, excellent leadership capabilities, and proven experience in banquet or event management.
