The role available is that of an Event Management professional located at 1881 Curtis St, Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time, management position with an annual salary range of $74,000 to $93,000, including eligibility for bonuses. The key responsibility is to direct and motivate the banquet operations team to deliver high-quality service aligned with established standards and event requirements. The professional will be pivotal in managing financial and administrative duties, including asset protection, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders responsible for event success. This role also involves identifying training needs and strategizing to meet departmental goals. Responsibilities include projecting supply needs, applying relevant laws, maintaining sanitation, controlling inventory, scheduling staff efficiently, and fostering lasting client relationships. The Event Management professional will lead the banquet team by setting goals, delegating tasks, conducting meetings, and ensuring the team remains current with food and beverage trends. Delivery of exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of this role, emphasizing guest interaction, complaint resolution, staff empowerment, and continuous service improvement.
