This position is especially suitable for a hospitality professional with at least two years of banquet management or event planning experience, a professional demeanor, and a proactive service-oriented mindset. Flexibility is essential, with the requirement to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to event scheduling, alongside the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle moderate lifting.
