Job Duties
- Guide and grow banquet team through coaching and training
- lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset
- partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event

- maintain clean, safe, and guest-friendly environment
- oversee banquet food service and supervision
- ensure compliance with food and alcohol safety standards
