  • minimum six months supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Guide and grow banquet team through coaching and training
  • lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset

  • manage budgets including labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities
  • maintain clean, safe, and guest-friendly environment
  • oversee banquet food service and supervision
  • ensure compliance with food and alcohol safety standards
