Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory or management experience
  • minimum 2 years banquet management experience preferred
  • experience in hotel food and beverage industry preferred
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • computer proficiency
  • strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • availability for full-time employment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • minimum 2 years banquet management experience preferred
  • experience in hotel food and beverage preferred
  • ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • proficient in computer skills
  • strong business communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee event execution including room setups and service quality
  • lead, train, schedule, and mentor banquet staff
  • coordinate with culinary, sales, and operations teams to meet client expectations
  • ensure detail-oriented preparation of linens, china, silverware, and glassware
  • conduct final event walkthroughs prior to guest arrival
  • manage banquet operations during high-energy, fast-paced events
  • foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding guest service
