Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory or management experience
- minimum 2 years banquet management experience preferred
- experience in hotel food and beverage industry preferred
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- computer proficiency
- strong written and verbal communication abilities
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- availability for full-time employment
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- minimum 2 years banquet management experience preferred
- experience in hotel food and beverage preferred
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- proficient in computer skills
- strong business communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee event execution including room setups and service quality
- lead, train, schedule, and mentor banquet staff
- coordinate with culinary, sales, and operations teams to meet client expectations
- ensure detail-oriented preparation of linens, china, silverware, and glassware
- conduct final event walkthroughs prior to guest arrival
- manage banquet operations during high-energy, fast-paced events
- foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding guest service
