Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events
- Lead, motivate, and direct banquet team while maintaining standards of quality
- Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding menus and service details
- Assist with food and beverage delivery and support servers during peak periods
- Train team members on plated and reception-style service (training provided)
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively monitor service quality
- Oversee event setup, execution, and clean-up
- Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized service areas
