Delaware North is a global hospitality and food service company with a rich legacy spanning over 100 years. As a family-owned business, Delaware North manages a wide range of operations, including concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at some of the world's most iconic venues. Among these notable locations is the legendary Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, home of the Green Bay Packers. Since 2012, Delaware North has been entrusted with delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences at Lambeau Field and the adjacent Titletown complex, which features unique attractions such as Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites, along with special seasonal events like sledding and ice skating. This company takes pride in creating memorable moments for guests while nurturing the growth and professional journeys of its team members.
Joining Delaware North at Lambeau Field means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The culture here is built on the foundation of teamwork, respect, and continuous growth, making it a place where employees can thrive and advance their careers in a variety of hospitality niches, from sports and gaming to food service and retail. Delaware North is also deeply committed to equal opportunity employment and diversity, striving to create an inclusive workplace that respects individuals from all backgrounds.
The full-time Catering Manager role at Delaware North’s Lambeau Field operation is a vital leadership position focused on the hospitality and event services side of the business. In this role, the Catering Manager will take charge of coordinating and managing exceptional catering events, ranging from premium functions to high-energy celebrations, all within one of the most recognizable arenas in sports. This position offers an anticipated salary range of $74,600 to $93,900 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Such compensation reflects the company’s commitment to rewarding excellence and fostering motivation for its employees.
As the Catering Manager, you will play a critical role in crafting unforgettable experiences for clients and guests. Your responsibilities will include partnership with clients and catering team members to ensure events not only meet but exceed expectations. You will oversee the entire catering event execution process, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and budget management are met. This involves coordinating staffing and logistics with operations managers and maintaining comprehensive event documentation to optimize service effectiveness. Creativity and collaboration will be key as you design customized catering menus in partnership with clients and culinary leadership, driving both repeat business and new opportunities.
Moreover, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and managing team members. This includes handling tasks such as hiring, payroll accuracy, and conducting performance reviews. The role demands a strong focus on team development to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Ideal candidates will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, supported by a minimum of three years of catering management experience in arenas or other large venues. Proven expertise in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing is essential, alongside a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and previous catering software experience. Flexibility to work all event days, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, is also required.
Working at Delaware North provides numerous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company matching; annual performance bonuses; paid vacation and holidays; parental bonding leave; tuition or professional certification reimbursement; and generous discounts at affiliated hotels and resorts. The role also entails physical demands such as the ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
If you are passionate about elevating catering events, thrive in fast-paced settings, and want the unique opportunity to contribute to the legendary ambiance of Lambeau Field, Delaware North invites you to apply and join a company where your hospitality career can flourish alongside a global legacy.
