The full-time Catering Manager role at Delaware North’s Lambeau Field operation is a vital leadership position focused on the hospitality and event services side of the business. In this role, the Catering Manager will take charge of coordinating and managing exceptional catering events, ranging from premium functions to high-energy celebrations, all within one of the most recognizable arenas in sports. This position offers an anticipated salary range of $74,600 to $93,900 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. As the Catering Manager, you will play a critical role in crafting unforgettable experiences for clients and guests. Your responsibilities will include partnership with clients and catering team members to ensure events not only meet but exceed expectations. You will oversee the entire catering event execution process, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and budget management are met. This involves coordinating staffing and logistics with operations managers and maintaining comprehensive event documentation to optimize service effectiveness. Creativity and collaboration will be key as you design customized catering menus in partnership with clients and culinary leadership, driving both repeat business and new opportunities.

Moreover, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and managing team members. This includes handling tasks such as hiring, payroll accuracy, and conducting performance reviews. Ideal candidates will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, supported by a minimum of three years of catering management experience in arenas or other large venues. Proven expertise in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing is essential, alongside a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and previous catering software experience. Flexibility to work all event days, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, is also required.
