Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of banquet or high-volume cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
