Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or banquet setup preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet setup or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move banquet furniture safely

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- Prepare banquet space with care by completing table and chair set up according to the requirements for each function
- Ensure a clean and inviting space by cleaning and prepping banquet rooms and ensuring all walls and surfaces are spotless
- Monitor the room by keeping the banquet area clean, and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience
