Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or banquet services
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capacity to perform physical cleaning and setup tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces following event specifications
  • Lead and assist the Houseperson team in cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and trash disposal
  • Support planning and execution of banquet functions for smooth event operations
  • Participate in and lead departmental meetings to ensure team alignment and preparedness
  • Foster teamwork and communication among team members
  • Ensure adherence to Hilton’s core values in daily responsibilities
