Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or banquet setup preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special
  • Prepare banquet space with care by completing table and chair set up according to the requirements for each function
  • Ensure a clean and inviting space by cleaning and prepping banquet rooms, ensuring all walls and surfaces are spotless
  • Monitor the room by keeping the banquet area clean and promptly addressing spills, discarded service items, and other issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist in the breakdown and reset of banquet spaces after events
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and report any shortages or damages
