Job Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- will require pre-employment and random drug screening
- ability to lift, push or pull 50-100 lbs
- ability to stand for sustained periods
- ability to perform physical activities including balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, stooping, reaching, seeing, hearing, talking, walking, sitting, finger dexterity, grasping and feeling
- ability to work indoors and outdoors
- work hours subject to change with overtime required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent preferred
- some experience with banquet event operations
- ability to follow written instructions
- ability to follow verbal directions

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- maintains high standard of personal hygiene
- knowledge of banquet equipment and maintenance
Job Duties
- Sets up banquet equipment for food and beverage events and meeting rooms as specified on Banquet Event Orders
- includes setting chairs, tables, linens, risers, steps, podiums and all necessary banquet equipment requested for group events and meetings
- upon conclusion of banquet events/meetings, breaks down equipment, returns equipment to storage areas or resets room as necessary
- maintains, cleans and stores banquet equipment in provided storage areas
- maintains, cleans and organizes banquet equipment and linen storage rooms
- preps, maintains and cleans amphitheater concession areas
- serves as the initial point of contact for guest inquiries in a courteous and attentive manner
- resolves guest issues in a timely manner ensuring satisfaction
- performs other work-related duties as assigned
