Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in hotel or similar field preferred
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure the correct and timely set up of all banquet event order functions
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout banquet function space, pre-function space, and storage areas
- Maintain the banquet storeroom in a neat and organized manner stocked with appropriate supplies
- Breakdown after completion of functions and ensure all equipment and supplies are stored properly
- Transport and store tables, chairs, and other equipment
- Refresh meeting rooms as needed
- Notify management of any hazards
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
