Founded with a vision to redefine luxury hospitality, Four Seasons operates more than 100 hotels and resorts worldwide, each offering unparalleled service, elegant accommodations, and unique cultural experiences. A collective of passionate professionals powers the brand, each driven to push personal boundaries, embrace growth, and foster a respectful, collaborative environment. Employees at Four Seasons embody a culture where treating others as you wish to be treated is core to every action. This philosophy ensures that guests, residents, and partners receive authentic, heartfelt service, creating memorable experiences that leave lasting impressions.

At the Baltimore Harbor East location, Four Seasons presents a sophisticated urban retreat on the waterfront. This modern and stylish hotel is perfectly positioned in one of Baltimore's most vibrant neighborhoods offering extensive waterfront views and easy access to top dining, cultural landmarks, and scenic walks. The property boasts luxurious amenities including a five-star spa, a rooftop pool, and versatile event spaces designed to accommodate everything from family vacations and romantic getaways to corporate meetings. This dynamic location reflects Four Seasons' dedication to combining urban excitement with tranquility, distinguishing it as a sought-after destination in the region.

The role of the Banquet House Attendant is vital to the seamless execution of events held at this prestigious venue. This position involves preparing banquet event spaces meticulously by setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as outlined in banquet event orders. The attendant ensures all linens, china, silverware, glassware, and other service supplies are fully stocked, maintained in pristine condition, and readily available. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of banquet function spaces is a key responsibility, ensuring that the venue consistently meets the high standards expected by guests and Four Seasons management. Additionally, the Banquet House Attendant manages the handling and safe storage of meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel receiving area to support smooth logistics during event preparation and breakdown.

This is an hourly, part-time role with a competitive rate starting at $19.81 per hour. Employees can expect an enriching work environment supported by a world-class company culture that values their contribution and growth. Four Seasons offers comprehensive employee benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; retirement plans; and exciting opportunities for training and professional development. Employees enjoy complimentary meals while on duty, discounted parking, and access to complimentary room nights at Four Seasons properties around the globe. This role is a tremendous opportunity for individuals seeking to launch or grow their career in luxury hospitality alongside a reputable global brand that champions equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace while delivering unforgettable experiences to its guests.
