This role is for an Event Support Expert during the evening shift at the New Orleans Marriott. The position is classified as non-management and is a full-time role offering a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. As an Event Support Expert, you will play a crucial part in the seamless execution of events such as banquets, meetings, and special occasions. This position goes beyond the simple tasks of setting up tables and chairs. It requires individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently to ensure events proceed without any glitches.

Your responsibilities in this role will include setting up and breaking down event materials, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, and providing any other support required to maintain smooth event operations. You will be on your feet for extended periods, engaging in physical activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
