Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop during work shift
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties
- Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine proper setup
- Set up banquet area/room ensuring cleanliness and proper layout
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
- Inspect storage areas for organization and adhere to First In First Out (FIFO) policy
- Communicate with guests and other employees to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist management in staff hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating
- Direct final breakdown and cleanup of function rooms
