The role of the Banquet House Person is integral to the smooth operation of our banquet services. This hourly non-exempt position is available both part-time and full-time, offering $15 per hour compensation. As a Banquet House Person, you will be responsible for the setup and teardown of banquet and meeting rooms in accordance with Banquet Event Orders, ensuring that all furniture, equipment, and supplies are correctly arranged to meet event specifications. You will participate closely with banquet servers, bartenders, cooks, captains, the banquet manager, and other team members to deliver seamless event execution. The role requires physical stamina as it involves lifting and pushing heavy items, sometimes up to 50 pounds, in addition to prolonged periods of walking and standing.

Candidates for this position should be self-motivated with a positive attitude and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Skid-proof safety shoes are required and must be provided by the employee, whereas uniforms will be supplied at no charge.
