Reporting to the Assistant Banquet Manager, the Banquet House Attendant plays a crucial role in executing banquet events seamlessly from set-up through to breakdown. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing banquet rooms with precision, managing inventory of linens, china, glassware, silverware, and other supplies in excellent condition, and ensuring all banquet spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

This position requires the ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis, demonstrating adaptability and dedication. The Banquet House Attendant is expected to embody the spirit of aloha—offering genuine hospitality, warmth, and attentiveness to all guests and colleagues. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves lifting and carrying items up to 90 pounds.
