Reporting to the Assistant Banquet Manager, the Banquet House Attendant plays a crucial role in executing banquet events seamlessly from set-up through to breakdown. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing banquet rooms with precision, managing inventory of linens, china, glassware, silverware, and other supplies in excellent condition, and ensuring all banquet spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
This position requires the ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis, demonstrating adaptability and dedication. The Banquet House Attendant is expected to embody the spirit of aloha—offering genuine hospitality, warmth, and attentiveness to all guests and colleagues. - at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment

Job Duties
- Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
- stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition
- maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
- retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
- attend to guest needs and requests during banquet functions
- assist in arranging banquet furniture and equipment as required
- support team members in preparation and execution of banquet events
