Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in guest service or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or banquet services is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and setting up event spaces
Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively making their experience special
- Prepare banquet space carefully by completing table and chair set up according to event requirements
- Ensure the banquet rooms and all surfaces are clean and inviting
- Monitor the banquet area consistently to maintain cleanliness and promptly address spills and discarded service items
- Support the team by adhering to Hilton's core values including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
