The property is currently seeking a Banquet House Attendant to join its dedicated team. This full-time role plays a vital part in delivering the exceptional Four Seasons experience by ensuring all banquet function rooms and related areas are meticulously prepared and maintained. Reporting directly to the Director of Banquets, the Banquet House Attendant's responsibilities include setting up banquet rooms with the appropriate equipment following catering department contracts, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of function and storage rooms, handling banquet equipment, and attending to any guest requests during events. The position requires a cooperative, professional attitude and emphasizes safety for oneself and coworkers.

Job Requirements
- Work authorization for the location required
- Ability to follow uniform and payroll procedures
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and setup tasks
- Willingness to assist guests whenever requested
- Capacity to handle equipment safely
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage rooms
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in banquet or event setup preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to respond properly in emergency or safety situations
- Willingness to attend and participate in required meetings
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms with equipment for functions according to contracts received from the Catering department
- Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures
- Clean function rooms including vacuuming, dusting, shampooing carpets, cleaning mirrors, marble, and sand urns
- Provide additional banquet equipment such as tables, chairs, greaseboards, and flipcharts for function rooms or guest rooms
- Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, boxes from the receiving dock and store them safely while logging appropriately
- Ensure function rooms are clean and available for showing to guests even when not in use
- Maintain a cooperative and professional working style with supervisors and fellow workers
