Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in banquet or food and beverage service
  • Ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs safely
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • At least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment
  • Experienced in communication and computer skills
  • Service passion
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
  • Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
  • Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
