Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food or beverage service preferred
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team under pressure

Job Duties
- Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets
- Monitor food quality to ensure freshness and appeal
- Transport items to and from the kitchen efficiently
- Keep the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service
- Break down the buffet after service for cleaning and resetting
- Store food and dry goods following food safety and storage standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
