- wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment
- troubleshoot and address issues with dishwashing machines to minimize disruptions
- sort dishes and utensils by category, size, shape, or material for efficient cleaning
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- assist with food prep or plating during peak service periods to support kitchen efficiency
- strictly adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of protective gear
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages
