The role serves as a critical point of contact between the hotel and its guests, requiring excellent communication skills via phone and email to respond to inquiries and requests promptly. This position requires proficiency in managing computerized systems to update records, files, reservations, and provide accurate information to guests. Beyond basic data entry, the role involves operating standard office equipment and preparing various business documents, including letters, memos, and presentations, using common software programs. Attention to detail is key as the associate must proofread and edit written communications for accuracy and completeness.
Additional responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests according to company standards, addressing their service needs, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The individual will support team goals, foster positive relationships internally, and maintain professionalism in all interactions. A focus on safety is also essential, as the associate is expected to report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately. The role requires the ability to perform minor physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds.

Job Requirements

- Customer service experience or related hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient with computer systems and standard office equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing and other software
- Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
