The hotel is currently seeking a part-time Banquet Cook to join its esteemed culinary team. This role is essential for ensuring guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences during banquets and events hosted at the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of culinary experience and a passion for growing within the culinary industry. Previous experience specifically in banquet cooking is considered a valuable asset. The position involves working 2-3 shifts per week, including morning and evening hours, offering flexibility that suits candidates who may be balancing other commitments.

As a part-time Banquet Cook II at Hilton Salt Lake City Center, you will have the opportunity to prepare high-quality dishes adhering to designated recipes and quality standards. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of relevant culinary experience
  • ability to work 2-3 shifts per week including mornings and evenings
  • strong attention to detail and quality
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
